The sealing surface is not easily damaged, scratched, has good sealing performance, and has a long service life. When opening and closing, the valve disc stroke is small, the opening and closing time is short, and the valve height is small. Globe valve is a commonly used shut-off valve used to cut off or connect media in pipelines, and is generally not used to regulate flow. Globe valves can also be used as opening and closing valves, but due to their high pressure drop, they are usually limited to applications where the valve is normally closed and pressure drop is not a significant factor when the valve is open. Under normal circumstances, the installed shut-off valve should allow fluid to flow in from the lower end of the valve disc.
